May 2015 I purchased a house on Palm Avenue in Boca Grande a year ago, and I had the pleasure of working with Janie Vaughn as a co-broker in the transaction. She made seamless the offer, the P&S, building and pest inspections, a new survey and the closing. After the purchase, she went out of her way to help with finding service people for the pool, landcaping, AC, appliances and the like, accepted deliveries when I was away and even selected fabrics and arranged for some re-upholstery. Knowing her as a friend and neighbor first was all I needed to know when it came to choosing a realtor to sell our property and my instincts were spot on. She gave her undivided attention to selling our villa and you would have thought she was selling a $20,000,000.00 property but she wasn’t. However, I came to realize that she gives that same amount of attention to all her clients regardless of how big or small the deal is.
